Before you leave home, please remember to:
- Leave all valuables (including jewelry and money) at home. The hospital is not responsible for them.
- Remove nail polish and makeup. Wear casual clothing that can be easily removed and shoes with low heels.
- If you wish, bring a book or handi-work.
There is complimentary parking in the Blue Hills Lot, located across the street from the hospital. The entrance to this lot is located on Tower Avenue. Click here for directions.
Please arrive promptly and report directly to Surgicare. You should enter the main entrance. Surgicare is located to the left of the Information desk.
When you arrive, you will be shown to a room and given a comfortable gown, robe and slippers. Our staff will care for you before and after your surgery/procedure, unless you are going to be admitted.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask our nursing staff.
Following your surgery, you will be joined by your family member, as soon as possible.
